Job Summary
Identify security tools and systems to assess vulnerabilities and recommend solutions for SAP cloud implementation in the USAF. Lead the development and implementation of security strategies while troubleshooting complex network and cyber challenges for clients. Perform risk and vulnerability assessments across network, system, and application areas, leveraging big data analytics to detect advanced threats. Implement infrastructure controls including enhanced detection, vulnerability capabilities, and improved event correlation using Splunk and Elastic. Communicate security complexities to diverse audiences ranging from technical teams to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience implementing NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- 3+ years of experience providing leadership as an ISSO or ISSM
- Experience writing or reviewing RMF artifacts for ATO accreditation packages
- Experience analyzing compliance and vulnerability scan results, and implementing appropriate mitigations
- Experience supporting network servers, devices, or protocols
- Experience using SEIM tools such as Splunk or Elastic
- Experience interfacing with internal and external SMEs such as PMs, SCAs, and AOs
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- DoD 8570 IAM Level II Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting JSIG in classified environments
- Experience with eMASS
- Experience in Special Access IT
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity
- DoD 8140 Security Architect Advanced Certification
