Job Summary
Lead enterprise application management, technical staff supervision, and technology projects to modernize court operations and advance access to justice. Partner with operational divisions, vendors, and executive leadership to drive automation, AI initiatives, and data-driven decision-making while ensuring system reliability and security. Manage incident response, vendor contracts, and organizational change efforts to build a responsive, cross-trained technical team. Develop executive dashboards, standard operating procedures, and training programs that align technology investments with the Clerk's strategic vision for public service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Public Administration, or a closely related field
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in one or more of the following areas: Enterprise application management, Information technology leadership, Technical staff supervision, Project management, Business analysis, Enterprise software implementation, Vendor management, Technology operations, Data analytics and reporting
- Must include 3 years of lead or supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job
