Job Summary
Leadership-focused role building and guiding a software engineering team to deliver scalable, high-quality in-house applications (AWS, MongoDB, React, Symfony). Drive Agile adoption, CI/CD, and modern development practices while partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to translate business needs into actionable plans; ensure data privacy, security, and ADA compliance, and track KPIs to maintain high system availability. Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, recruit and retain top talent, and align engineering efforts with business strategy; require collaboration with cross-functional teams and HR for talent development and onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite and modern project management tooling
