Job Summary
Information Systems Engineer responsible for deploying and supporting IT infrastructure, systems, apps, and network services. Provides L2/L3 support, troubleshoots complex issues, and contributes across the full lifecycle from requirements analysis to integration and ongoing management. Role requires ownership of IT systems for performance, reliability, and security; design, implement, and document scalable technical solutions; lead desktop and helpdesk support with minimal disruption; manage changes and maintain documentation, asset inventory, and system records; collaborate cross-functionally and share technical knowledge. Travel occasional to other Conga offices; based in France (hybrid) with Toulouse as preferred location; French and English bilingual capability expected.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems engineering
- Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Windows Server & OS
- Identity & access management (permissions, policies, authentication/replication)
- Networking (VPN, DHCP, wireless)
- Device management (Intune, Jamf)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS)
- Experience supporting global, distributed environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Languages: French and English native/C2 level
