Information Systems Career Manager - Business Career Center (part-time 28 hours/week)

Part-time Information Systems Career Manager within the BYU Marriott School of Business Business Career Center. The role focuses on advising Information Systems students on career exploration, recruiting strategies, internship opportunities, and professional development; coaching individuals and groups to prepare for careers in technology, business, and STEM fields; building and maintaining relationships with employers and alumni to create recruiting, networking, and mentorship opportunities; coordinating career-related events such as networking opportunities, employer information sessions, career fairs, and industry visits; and providing direction to student employees supporting career services programs and outreach. The position emphasizes developing new employer/alumni partnerships and collaborating with faculty and campus partners to enhance student engagement and placement success. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or related Master’s degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience; advising/mentoring and recruiter experience are valued.
