Job Summary
Provide Tier 1/2 operational and application support for logistics and WMS; monitor and support integrations between multiple systems; perform UAT testing, user training, and system implementation activities; identify operational gaps and improve work processes; support end-user equipment such as handheld devices, tablets, and barcode printers. Requires BS degree and 2+ years of relevant experience (or Masters with <2 years), experience in information systems or Help Desk roles, familiarity with WMS/operational systems, database troubleshooting, on-site work at a secured facility in southern Israel, and eligibility for security clearance. On-site role with a defense-focused organization; collaboration with end users, development teams, and technology vendors.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree and 2+ years of prior relevant experience OR Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience
- 2 years of experience in information systems, application support, or Help Desk roles
- Familiarity with WMS or operational systems – significant advantage
- Ability to work with databases and troubleshoot system issues
- Strong technical orientation, independent learning ability, and service mindset
- Mobility/Willingness to work on-site at a secured facility in southern Israel
- Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance
