Job Summary
Oversee assigned networks by ensuring compliance with STIGs and IAVM while working directly with operations staff. Lead RMF A&A efforts, including the A&A cycle, and provide oversight for existing and new POAMs by advising the CISO/AO of changes and coordinating remediation. Perform ConMon reviews for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly checks primarily through Splunk and assist with IR activities by verifying sanitation procedures prior to CART Case submission. Identify critical and high vulnerabilities with the Security Tools Team and report network security posture at weekly CISO/AO meetings. This role requires on-site presence five days a week during initial training, followed by one day of telework, and mandates a DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Associate's degree with 2+ years relevant experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent with 4+ years relevant experience
- 5+ years' relevant experience
- IAT Level II Certification
- DoD Top Secret Clearance
- eligibility to obtain SCI
- Ability to Coach, counsel, and mentor
- Excellent communication
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of Cyber Security risk management processes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong use and understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, and theories
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technology and trends
- Experience presenting technical concepts to a variety of audiences
- Must be able to assist the customer and our staff with technical issues related to security products
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
