Information System Security Manager (ISSM)

Job Summary
Ensure cybersecurity is integrated throughout the system lifecycle by maintaining authorization documentation, overseeing the ISCM, and managing POA&Ms. Coordinate remediation efforts and report security-relevant events while ensuring ISSOs and privileged users meet training and certification requirements. Act as the primary cybersecurity technical advisor to the AO, PM, ISO, SCA, and PMO/CDT for the Cloud Acceleration Services Business Enterprise Systems. This role requires a Secret-level security clearance (Top Secret preferred) and ten years of cybersecurity experience, including five years as an ISSM or senior RMF lead for DoD systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
- Ten (10+) years cybersecurity experience
- five (5+) years serving as ISSM or senior RMF lead for DoD systems
- experience with ATO/ATC, eMASS, POA&M, SSP, ISCM, and AO/SCA coordination
- CISSP
- Security+
- Must meet DCWF ISSM work role 722 at the required proficiency level
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
- Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
- US Citizenship
