Job Summary
Provide technical, software, hardware, and network problem resolution to all users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environment. Maintain expert knowledge of desktops and printers, TCP/IP, and software installation for printers, faxes, and scanners. Utilize experience with Microsoft Office, Active Directory, servers, and multiple computer platforms including MS Windows, Meditech Magic, and Cerner Millennium to support the patient-focused team. Requires a two-year Associates degree or equivalent experience, effective verbal communication in English, and ability to read and hear clearly.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, hear, and verbally communicate effectively in English to the degree required to perform the job.
- Expert knowledge of desktops and printers
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP
- Working knowledge of software installation, printers, faxes, scanners, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other interrelated applications
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of servers
- Knowledge of multiple computer platforms (including but not limited to MS Windows, MS Office, Meditech Magic, and Cerner Millennium)
Desired Qualifications
- Two-year Associates degree or equivalent experience, preferred
