INFORMATION SERVICES TECHNICIAN

Provide daily technical support to end users across multiple locations, including main buildings, a data center, and additional facilities. Serve as primary Level 1 support within a structured helpdesk system, ensuring all requests are ticketed, tracked, documented, and resolved per departmental protocols. Deliver on-site and remote assistance for desktops, laptops, phones, printers, network connectivity, and software applications. Manage Windows Active Directory, user accounts, and Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 environments. Image, configure, and deploy computers using standardized tools like Windows Deployment Services and Microsoft Intune. Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with strict IT policies regarding security, access control, and change management. Collaborate with staff, vendors, and internal teams for system upgrades and new site deployments. Prioritize customer requests with courtesy and demonstrate competency in following established protocols.
