Job Summary
Coordinate information services and communications for ministry staff by collecting and disseminating information via SharePoint and staff emails. Write and proofread staff articles for the Employee Hub (approx. 60% of articles), schedule and conduct interviews with staff, craft mass emails, provide intranet/customer service support, update Television Station information and related databases, participate in cross-department meetings, assist with Staff Directory and Product Database updates, and maintain confidentiality. Requires strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), organizational skills, and ability to work independently or with a team.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- A degree in Communications or a related field is preferred, or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in Communications.
- Must pass all required checks.
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience is required.
- A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role is required.
