Information Security Senior Analyst

Senior Information Security Analyst on Citi’s Social Engineering Attack Response team supports Email Security and Brand Protection. Responsible for monitoring phishing threats, incident management and takedown requests, analysis and reporting, and collaboration across Cyber and Information Security teams. Applies OSINT techniques and approved AI/LLM tools with critical output validation to enhance security solutions, develop metrics, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Requires ability to work independently and in a team, with strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
