Job Summary
Plan, track, and deliver cybersecurity initiatives aligned to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework across cloud, AI, incident defense, and governance domains. Define project scope, document requirements, and develop roadmaps guiding initiatives from concept through implementation while resolving issues to land projects into business operations. Use Jira and Confluence to maintain quarterly and sprint planning structures, dashboards, and stakeholder visibility. Translate requirements into delivery plans, identify risks, set milestones, and escalate issues to protect delivery commitments. Produce work artifacts including meeting notes, executive summaries, and status reports while coordinating with InfoSec and cross-functional partners.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience working in Cybersecurity
- 7 years of Project Management experience
- 5 years of experience with Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree required
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications – PMP, CISSP, Security+, Scrum Master
- Experience within the Financial services space
- Strong organizational, analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understands cybersecurity concepts, principals and embraces the culture of securing our business without deterring progress
- Detail-oriented and organized, keeping track across concurrent and competing priorities
