Information Security Operations Manager

Operational leader to head ME+EM's Information Security team, line-managing an Engineer and Analyst while remaining technically active; coordinates complex security projects across departments, serving as the bridge between risk management and technical execution to enable global growth. Responsibilities include team leadership and orchestration, cross-functional liaison, third-party risk management and vendor due diligence, incident command and incident response, tooling and automation optimization, vulnerability management and global penetration testing ownership, governance, risk and compliance (GRC) including DMARC/anti-phishing, GDPR and PCI-DSS 4.0 compliance, practical policy maintenance, and clear communication of security status to business leadership. Required capabilities include experience in cyber security, ability to design secure solutions for rapid growth in a luxury fashion brand, and proficiency with enterprise cloud security (Google/Microsoft), EDR (e.g., SentinelOne), and SIEM; effective stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical teams.
