Information Security Officer

Lead the security and compliance strategy for next-generation gaming platforms in Brazil, acting as the local security representative to bridge local operations with global security functions. Define and implement information security governance and operational processes to ensure compliance with Brazilian law, regulatory frameworks, and customer contracts; produce security reporting in Portuguese aligned with contractual commitments and regulatory expectations; adopt and enforce corporate security policies and standards within Playtech’s Brazilian operations; govern IT controls to maintain a strong security posture; oversee local security incident management in coordination with the global SOC; serve as the primary contact for local stakeholders, regulators, and external parties on security matters; support internal and external security audits; identify and monitor information security risks across the Brazilian operation and drive mitigation strategies aligned with business risk appetite; analyze regulatory obligations and translate them into security requirements. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in information security, experience with Brazilian financial sector and regulatory frameworks, and proficiency in English and Portuguese; willingness to work on-site at least 50% of the time in São Paulo with travel as needed. Extras include prior SaaS/online gambling experience and recognized security certifications.
