Job Summary
Lead and manage the organization's information security program, developing security policies, monitoring for breaches, evaluating system vulnerabilities, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Serve on Incident Response and Disaster Recovery efforts, facilitate a Technology Steering Committee, and collaborate with the CRO to design and maintain enterprise security aligned with organizational goals. Conduct risk assessments and security audits, oversee vendor security management, educate staff and leadership on technology risks, and ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness. Strong leadership and communication skills required; experience in financial institutions preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT, network security and/or risk management
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- Experience within a financial institution or credit union preferred
- Must pass drug screen and background check
