Job Summary
Support information security and privacy initiatives by advising on established policies and proactively balancing business needs with security requirements. Assist in designing and maintaining Governance, Risk & Compliance frameworks, including executing risk analyses, classifications, and DPIAs. Ensure policy adherence while contributing to its continuous improvement. Leverage relevant HBO or WO qualifications and 2+ years of experience in a complex organizational environment to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels. Required Qualifications
- Een relevant HBO- of WO-diploma
- Minimaal 2+ jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen informatiebeveiliging/privacy
- Certificeringen zoals CISM, CISSP of vergelijkbaar
- Sterk begrip van informatiebeveiliging, privacyprincipes en systemen
- Ervaring binnen complexe organisatorische omgevingen
- Het vermogen om effectief om te gaan met interne stakeholders en organisatorische structuren
- Het vermogen om te communiceren en te beïnvloeden op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie
- Het vermogen om de balans te vinden tussen security-eisen en bedrijfsdoelstellingen
- Het vermogen om flexibel om te gaan met complexe processen
- Het vermogen om sterke relaties op te bouwen en op te treden als een vertrouwde adviseur
