Information Security Officer / Cybersecurity Manager (Strategic / vCISO)

Develop and execute the organization's cybersecurity roadmap while establishing governance frameworks, policies, and standards. Advise executive leadership and board members on risk, compliance, and the threat landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Conduct enterprise risk assessments, oversee third-party vendor reviews, and maintain incident response and business continuity plans. Manage security systems monitoring, vulnerability testing, patch governance, and compliance with frameworks including SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST. Guide implementation of security controls across Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS environments. Lead security awareness training and coordinate cybersecurity insurance audits.
