Job Summary
Information Security Manager to lead a modernization of enterprise cybersecurity in a hybrid Fort Lauderdale setting. You will develop and execute information security strategy, strengthen governance and compliance programs, manage cybersecurity risks, lead incident response and vulnerability management, and oversee security operations, architecture, and third-party risk. You will partner with infrastructure, application development, cloud, and business teams to embed security throughout the technology lifecycle, evaluate and implement security technologies, develop executive-level reporting on posture and risk, and mentor cybersecurity professionals while fostering security awareness across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible information security experience
- Minimum of 3 years leading cybersecurity, information security, or IT teams
- Active CISSP or CISM certification
- Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance, security operations, and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience implementing and managing security frameworks such as NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and CJIS
- Excellent communication skills for executive and non-technical audiences
- Valid Florida Driver's License
