INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGER II

Information Security Manager II responsible for leading and executing offensive security initiatives in a banking environment. The role includes ethical hacking of applications, networks and systems, conducting and supporting pentests across environments, improving security procedures and service delivery aligned with SLAs, coordinating with the Global Ethical Hacking unit, overseeing QA of security deliverables, driving automation and continuous improvement, and communicating risk to executives. Requires senior-level security expertise, leadership of a multidisciplinary cyber team, and ability to translate technical findings into business risk guidance. Qualifications include a degree/master in a relevant field, 3+ years in cybersecurity with offensive focus, team leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and English proficiency.
