Job Summary
Information Security & IT Manager responsible for owning Detectify's information security program, aligning with ISO 27001, embedding security into daily operations, and driving IT-security initiatives. Approximately 20% of time on IT administration (provisioning devices, access control, ensuring tools for staff) and 80% on maturing security practices across the company. Roles includes ISMS maintenance, AI tool governance for security/compliance, IAM for non-product IT environments, evaluating IT tools and vendors, system ownership of Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and policy/process ownership with suppliers. Collaboration across Finance, IT, Legal, and People & Culture; reporting to CFO; hybrid Stockholm-based with required office presence.
Required Qualifications
- ISO 27001 experience
- IT security knowledge
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Single Sign-On (SSO) experience
- Experience with Jira and Google Workspace
- Vendor evaluation and procurement
- Onboarding and offboarding processes
- Technical support across organization
- Hardware and software provisioning
- Knowledge of OS provisioning and networks
- Proven ability to govern IT infrastructure (Google Workspace, Jira, Slack)
- Proactive mindset and collaboration in international environment
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
