Job Summary
Contribute to strategic security projects and tasks to gain practical experience in the security landscape while partnering closely with seasoned professionals on assigned initiatives. Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines by performing ad hoc analysis and supporting special projects that require keen learning of various Information Security tools. Engage in proactive Information Security developmental workshops and intern-led activities, and assist in the creation and maintenance of documents tracking internal process improvements. Review and support the implementation of security policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring attention to detail when working with sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of information security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, GRC platforms, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skillsets
- Ability to work well both independently as well as within a team oriented environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information
- Eagerness to learn and apply cybersecurity principles in a professional environment
- Microsoft Operating System concepts and system administration knowledge
- Ability to work on-site at either our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA or in Carrollton, TX
