Information Security Engineer Lead

Job Summary
Conduct security reviews, research and reproduce vulnerabilities, and design secure protocols and systems throughout the product lifecycle. Perform threat modeling of large and complex systems to identify areas warranting further investigation, while leveraging AI tools and agents to scale capabilities. Review and develop secure operational practices, provide security guidance for engineers, and harden cloud infrastructures across Azure, GCP, or AWS. Build security capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and improve detection using techniques including manual code review, fuzzing, and static code analysis. Lead software engineers in proactively identifying and fixing security flaws, with a focus on making data-driven, preventative care accessible.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with security assessments, security design reviews, or security engineering
- Experience in one or more general purpose languages, preferably C#, Python, C++, Javascript or Java
- Experience with cloud infrastructures like Azure, GCP or AWS
Desired Qualifications
- 10 years of experience with security assessments, security design reviews, or security engineering
- Understanding both offensive and defensive security methods
- Experience in three or more general purpose languages, preferably C#, Python, C++, Javascript or Java
- Good knowledge and experience with breaking and securing cloud infrastructures like Azure, GCP or AWS
