Information Security Engineer II - IAM Operations (Sailpoint)

Job Summary
Analyze, build, and configure the Identity & Access Management lifecycle within SailPoint, including schema discovery, mapping, and provisioning policies. Document IAM runbooks, playbooks, and administration tasks while interfacing with Application, IT, and Infrastructure teams for integration and runtime issues. Automate operational workflows, rule tuning, and reporting using scripting and API-based integrations. Manage Identity Lifecycle Management, access requests, Role-Based and Attribute-Based Access Control, and segregation of duties. Ensure adherence to security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards. This individual contributor role supports the end-to-end access management program for employees and contractors, reporting directly to the IAM Program Manager within the Cyber Security organization.

- 4+ Years of experience in analysis and application onboarding
