Job Summary
Information Security Engineer to support G-P’s established application security program. You will assess web technologies using enterprise-grade tools and coordinate remediation with engineering teams. Responsibilities include participating in threat modeling with engineers, triaging SCA/SAST/DAST/CSPM findings, supporting vulnerability management for networks and infrastructure, ensuring timely remediation of security findings, conducting security assessments, reviews, and internal penetration tests, and developing scripts/tools to automate repetitive security tasks (e.g., log analysis, patch management, incident detection). Build custom solutions to integrate security tools with existing systems using Python, JavaScript, or Go.
Required Qualifications
- BS (or higher) in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in application security
- Threat modeling experience or secure design reviews
- Code reviews or pen-testing experience
- Proficiency in coding/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go)
- Web application penetration testing experience (CTFs, Bug Bounty)
- AWS security and engineering knowledge
- Experience with developing or testing web application technologies
- Experience with Linux, Docker, Terraform, and programming against REST APIs
