Job Summary
Information security and data protection analyst in Seccl's Governance, Risk and Compliance team. You will act as a first point of contact for info-security and data-protection queries, support GDPR activities (including data subject access requests and data subject rights), assist with data protection impact assessments and legitimate interest assessments, help maintain the Information Security Management System, support information security risk assessments, advise on appropriate use of personal data, and promote security awareness. The role offers learning and progression toward SME status in information security, privacy, and operational resilience, with training and development support and a hybrid working arrangement based in Edinburgh. The position emphasizes strong communication, curiosity, proactivity, ability to collaborate across teams, and openness to learning technical concepts in a fast-moving environment. Salary range £32,000-£40,000, plus benefits; option to work abroad for up to six weeks a year.
