Information Security Co-op - Cyber Threat Interdiction - Summer 2027

Job Summary
Review attacks against customer accounts including phishing, social engineering, and account takeover to tie events to specific campaigns and attackers. Collaborate with the Cyber Crime Command Center to disrupt criminal actors and their infrastructure. Manage and report on assignment and project status while building a network of contacts within the line of business. Complete assigned coursework, participate in self-learning, and perform any other duties as directed by leadership. Work within the Cyber Crime Command Center to track and stop criminal actors targeting the bank's customers during the summer 2027 co-op program.
Required Qualifications
- Current enrollment (or recent completion) in accredited degreed program
- Strong academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service skills with the ability to respond to internal and/or external requests
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and be flexible
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Capacity to learn additional software applications as required by the assignment
- Capable of managing own time to meet established deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
