Job Summary

Lead strategic and technical cybersecurity support for Braskem's Europe locations by implementing solution projects, evaluating network topologies, and conducting audits against ISO 27001 and NIST 2.0 frameworks. Perform penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities, develop security guidelines, and coordinate threat intelligence investigations to mitigate risks affecting the brand. Manage privacy programs by conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments, monitoring GDPR and NIS 2 compliance, and acting as the focal point for international stakeholders. Deliver training workshops and foster cybersecurity awareness across European teams. Requires 6+ years in cybersecurity and 2+ in privacy, with a Bachelor's degree and advanced English. Based in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years in Cybersecurity
  • Minimum 2 years in Privacy
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Practical knowledge of data protection regulations, especially GDPR
  • Advanced English
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Friendly and collaborative attitude
  • Genuine interest in learning and growing within the privacy field
  • Eligible to work in NL
  • Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST 2.0 and ISO 27001
  • Hands-on experience in security solutions including Antivirus, EDR, and Antispam
  • Solid technical knowledge of network topology
  • Deep understanding of privacy regulations, particularly GDPR and NIS 2
  • Ability to provide guidance in decision-making processes
  • Ability to oversee cases involving privacy incidents
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks within the environment
  • Ability to coordinate internal investigative actions
  • Ability to determine root causes of incidents
  • Ability to promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices
  • Ability to conduct cybersecurity audits based on industry-standard frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST 2.0
  • Ability to develop and manage strategic cybersecurity performance indicators
  • Ability to support the implementation and maintenance of privacy and data protection programs
  • Ability to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
  • Ability to monitor and interpret local and European privacy regulations
  • Ability to act as a point of contact for international stakeholders
  • Ability to foster clear and empathetic communication
  • Ability to contribute to the continuous improvement of internal data protection processes
