Job Summary
Lead CPCSC compliance activities from discovery through implementation and certification readiness. Conduct interviews, workshops, and site engagements to understand processes, identify gaps, and gather requirements. Translate compliance requirements into practical, scalable solutions that work in real-world project environments. Build relationships with project teams, operational leaders, and technical stakeholders to drive progress and remove roadblocks. Coordinate evidence collection, validation, and audit preparation activities to support certification objectives. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, process documentation, and other compliance artefacts as required. Champion continuous improvement of the CPCSC program by identifying opportunities to strengthen security, simplify workflows, and improve operational adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent working experience
- Experience in Business Analysis, Compliance, Cyber Security, IT Operations, Project Delivery, or related functions
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and drive projects to completion
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- Strong documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to engage directly with operational teams and project environments
