Job Summary
Plan, scope, and evaluate the development and efficiency of internal controls for on-prem and public cloud environments. Perform information security assessments covering user access management, network, OS, application security, encryption, backup management, disaster recovery, and training. Evaluate security architectures, builds, and cloud platforms while assisting with project plans for scope, schedule, cost, and risk management. Present dashboards and reports to demonstrate overall risk posture to management. Stay abreast of security trends, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity developments. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, 2-4 years of Big 4 audit experience, and relevant certifications like CISSP or CISA. Approximately 20% travel required. Join the Global Internal Audit team in Bangalore to uphold security and performance of internal controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- Minimum 2-4 years of Information Systems (Cybersecurity) audit experience in Big 4 accounting firms and related industry
- A relevant certification like CISSP or CISA
- Experience in deploying and reviewing security controls for Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, among others
- Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (Infrastructure & Web Application)
- Knowledge of Compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, FedRAMP, ISO, PCI, HIPAA, etc.)
- Communication skills that support effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, including the ability to research and simplify sophisticated situations
- Demonstrates good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels while maintaining professionalism and integrity
- It is essential that the candidate be an excellent teammate, self-motivated, and have a positive can-do demeanor
- Ability and willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
Desired Qualifications
- Additional qualifications such as AWS/Azure Architect, CISM, ISO 27001 LA, CFE, or CEH are advantageous
