Job Summary
Serve as the single point of contact for all security-related activities and account management for designated customer accounts. Oversee the implementation of security policies, processes, and agreements while driving operational compliance and managing the resolution of reported security incidents. Conduct regular monthly reviews with account teams to assess risks, incidents, and outstanding activities, and provide informal security assessments to ensure contractual requirements are met. Offer executive-level presentations to client management and senior leadership to keep them abreast of account concerns and security status. Provide security-related education to customers regarding applicable policies and processes, while researching new technologies to recommend additional services. Manage change control activities that impact the customer's security posture and track remedial actions following audits or environmental changes.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 year experience in Information Security or Networking
- Certification(s) in Security Sector (CISSP, GIAC, Security+, Cisco etc.)
- BCA / B.Tech graduates or candidates with relevant qualifications in cybersecurity, information technology or related fields
- Must have advanced skills/knowledge in several of the following areas: Information Security Operations
- Must have advanced skills/knowledge in several of the following areas: Project Management
- Must have advanced skills/knowledge in several of the following areas: Network Security Architecture & Administration
- Must have advanced skills/knowledge in several of the following areas: Windows / Linux Administration
- Must understand TCP/IP networking and routers/access control devices
- Must understand vulnerability management
- Must have intermediate knowledge of common technologies (SIEM, EDR, FW, IDS/IPS, AV, SEG, DLP, etc)
- SIEM technologies (Splunk, QRadar, LogRythm, Sentinel, etc)
- Firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point, Juniper, etc)
- Endpoint security technologies (Microsoft Defender, Carbon Black, Cybereason, Cortex, Crowdstrike, etc)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Self-managed/directed and team oriented
- Strong project management skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Highly self-motivated
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft security suite preferred (Sentinel, Azure, MDATP, etc)
