Job Summary
Manage the Blue Shield Promise Health Plan's Informational Resource Center by providing in-person support to members and consumers. Deliver health plan member services, explain benefits, link clients to enrollment assistance, and refer individuals to social services and care planning. Engage members in select quality events and participate in BSC-sponsored activities. Work onsite five days a week at an Information Resource Center in San Diego, with occasional local travel to Los Angeles County for training.
