Job Summary

Act as the point of contact for SEICAA’s Bannock County office; share information regarding SEICAA programs and services and other community resources. Assess visitors’ needs and eligibility for SEICAA programs and services. Assist with special programs offered by SEICAA or its partners. Work to understand and refer participants to government-funded programs (LIHEAP, CSBG, etc.), community resources, educational opportunities, and employment services. Maintain professional relationships with staff, participants, partners, and others; perform data entry and recordkeeping; and perform other duties as assigned. Requires strong computer skills, familiarity with standard office technologies, and the ability to work both independently and in a team, with attention to detail and confidentiality. Willingness to travel on Agency business and to undergo pre-employment screening. Location: Pocatello, ID, US; on-site role.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with diverse and vulnerable populations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Clerical skills including filing, archiving, recordkeeping, data entry, and compliance
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Follows instructions and policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
