Job Summary
Onboard applications into One Identity Manager, including Non-Personal Accounts (NPAs), and assess readiness for IAM integration. Develop authorisation concepts, integrate cloud and on-premises systems with SSO and MFA, and enforce Role-Based and Attribute-Based Access Control models. Handle Island Applications via UNSB files, perform reconciliation and data cleanup, and conduct user acceptance testing before go-live. Align Segregation of Duties matrices with global compliance requirements and map entitlements to ensure audit readiness. This six-month hybrid contract in Krakow offers hands-on experience with advanced IAM technologies and regulatory frameworks including GDPR, SOX, and DORA.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Proficiency in One Identity Manager (OIM) and its associated tools
- Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), least privilege and need-to-know principles
- Familiarity with connector types including Entra ID, SAP and Active Directory
- Experience integrating cloud and on-premises applications with IAM solutions
- Knowledge of application integration strategies and architecture
- Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and implementation
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, HIPAA and DORA standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to conduct UAT and security testing effectively
- Excellent documentation skills for access mappings and authorisation concepts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Security and Authorisation is advantageous
