Job Summary
Assess client knowledge management practices and supporting IT systems to evaluate how current infrastructure enables access to work products and historical documentation. Identify major repositories, collaboration platforms, and document management systems across the organizational footprint. Support process re-engineering, implementation planning, and post-implementation program evaluation by developing requirements and transition plans for technology improvements. Contribute to future IT enhancement recommendations and execute implementation efforts using Agile practices. Coordinate with HHS stakeholders to ensure redesign efforts align with subagency systems and data management modernization priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, information systems, digital transformation, or business process engineering
- Demonstrated experience assessing IT systems/knowledge management infrastructure and developing technology recommendations in a federal agency context
- Experience developing system/technology requirements and transition plans
- Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
- Ability to obtain public trust
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience with HHS or another federal regulatory/health agency
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and/or ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
- Experience with federal knowledge management platforms and document management systems
- Experience supporting IT modernization or data management modernization initiatives
