Job Summary
Research, develop, design, and communicate plans to execute sensitive programs for Combatant Commands. Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and instrumentation related to foreign threats and homeland security as part of a joint mission. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while guiding solutions for national security. Leverage expertise in analytics, strategy, and tactics to solve complex problems for defense missions. This role requires a Top Secret clearance and completion of specific joint training courses. Applicants must possess experience developing irregular warfare concepts and working with HUMINT, OSINT, and SIGINT. The position supports Booz Allen Hamilton's mission to advance and protect the nation through advanced technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing, planning, staffing, and executing Irregular warfare concepts of operations
- Experience in HUMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and all-source intelligence
- Experience with sensitive activities and information operations at the Combatant Command, Joint Task Force, or component level
- Knowledge of the intelligence community products and methods
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to effectively and succinctly communicate with senior leaders at the strategic and tactical level
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Completion of the Joint MILDEC Training Course (JMTC)
- Completion of the MILDEC Theater Operations Course (MDTOC)
- Completion of the Joint Information Operations Planners Course (JIOPC)
- Completion of the Joint Staff Special Technical Operations Course
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with a joint operational environment and with the interagency
- Knowledge of the Northern Command area of responsibility
