Job Summary

Develop and maintain Exchange, Asset, Project, and Organisational Information Requirements to support standards and specifications. Liaise with contractors and supply chain partners to ensure BIM deliverables are produced, quality assured, published, and shared. Produce monthly Power BI reports using data from the Common Data Environment to provide project performance insights. Represent the Information Management team at meetings to capture actions, track progress, and maintain task lists. Conduct quality assurance reviews of CAD and BIM deliverables for compliance with project standards. Chair model coordination and clash detection meetings to resolve design conflicts and improve interdisciplinary coordination. Promote best-practice information management and BIM processes aligned with project governance. Maintain, administer, and continuously improve the project's Common Data Environment. Ensure project information and BIM deliverables are accurately managed, controlled, and distributed throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and best practices for BIM and Information Management
  • Experienced in the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of Common Data Environments (CDEs) to support efficient project information management
  • Proficient in BIM authoring and coordination tools, including Revit and Navisworks
  • Experienced in model federation and clash detection, ensuring coordinated design and effective interface management across multiple disciplines
  • Skilled in developing standards, specifications, and contractual documentation to support project information requirements and delivery objectives
  • Extensive experience in the Quality Assurance of CAD and BIM deliverables, ensuring compliance with project standards and client requirements
  • Proven track record of working on complex, multi-disciplinary projects, collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups and technical disciplines
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, working effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams
  • Advanced user of Power BI, producing monthly progress reports, analysing project data, and measuring contractor performance against key project metrics
  • Experienced in monitoring information delivery performance, identifying trends, and providing data-driven insights to support project decision-making
  • Strong focus on information governance, design coordination, and the successful delivery of BIM and digital engineering requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • All applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard
  • Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role
