Information Management Lead

Job Summary
Lead Project Information Management (IM) activities for major oil & gas/energy projects, establishing IM strategy and governance, defining IM requirements and ownership across delivery teams, developing IM plans and standards, and providing oversight of document control, data management, and integration with asset handover. Drive digital enablement via CDE and related tools, ensure data quality and compliance, enable analytics and performance reporting, engage with engineers, construction, HSSE, digital and operations stakeholders, and support handover to operations with a focus on delivering consistent information management across the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading or overseeing project IM on major oil & gas, energy or pipeline projects
- Strong understanding of project document and data management across the full project lifecycle
- Experience working with and overseeing document control, data and IM functions in complex, multi-contractor environments
- Proficiency with digital tools supporting project document management and collaboration (e.g. SharePoint, Procore, Aconex or similar) and integration with wider project information systems
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills for clear requirements, strategies, standards and processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across multi-disciplinary delivery environments including Operations and Asset teams
