Job Summary
Oversee the establishment of new equity, fixed income, and derivative accounts/indices, set up and review account data within Account/Product Master systems (e.g. Aladdin and GSSM), and ensure proper data flow to downstream systems. Hands-on with Bloomberg/Reuters systems; manage account/index exceptions across data platforms (AWS Athena, MARKIT EDM, Accudelta, etc.). Perform regular and ad hoc maintenance of data via reports and queries, and collaborate with technology partners to resolve outages and support upgrades. Maintain securities data in Security Master systems and analyze complex business issues using company/industry knowledge. Proactively identify process improvements and communicate recommendations to management. In-office collaboration required with flexibility for some work-from-home days; duties include data maintenance for internal clients and management, and supporting testing during system upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of capital markets/asset classes
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel
