Information Developer - Support Communications

Information Developer in Support Communications at HPE is a hybrid role focused on creating content for diverse audiences (end users, system administrators, internal support engineers, product developers, training developers, system architects, etc.). You will collaborate with cross-functional Subject Matter Experts across Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Test, and Supply Chain to gather content requirements, research technical information, and explain complex ideas in simple language. You will ensure adherence to HPE Writing Standards, maintain logical content flow, follow the document development life cycle, and may lead project teams delivering communications for defined initiatives. The role requires strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, mentoring of less-experienced team members, and experience leading moderately complex communication projects with input from multiple stakeholders. A typical candidate has 4+ years of relevant experience and holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, with technical knowledge of HPE storage platforms and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatHPE). Additional skills include accountability, active learning/listening, agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum), design thinking, data analysis/collection, and delivering tangible outputs.
