Information Developer - Support Communications

Job Summary
Information Developer in the area of Support Communications collaborates with cross-functional subject matter experts to gather content requirements, researches technical information for HP product Bulletins and intranet/web resources, explains technical ideas in simple language, ensures adherence to HPE Writing Standards, and follows the document development life cycle. The role involves leading project teams, mentoring less-experienced teammates, and managing complex communication projects across Engineering, Marketing, Test, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain while applying knowledge of HPE products (e.g., ProLiant servers, Storage platforms, Networking). The position requires strong written and verbal communication, multi-tasking, and collaboration skills suitable for a hands-on senior specialist within a dynamic IT services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Typically 4+ years experience
- Technical knowledge of HPE Storage platforms (e.g., Alletra Storage MP, GreenLake for Block Storage, MSA Storage, XP Storage, Primera Storage, StoreOnce, StoreEver, Storage Switches, Simplivity, etc.)
- Demonstrate use of HPE AI systems (e.g., Copilot, ChatHPE)
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize
- Lead and provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced team members
- Lead a project team in design, development and delivery of communications
- Manage moderately complex communication projects by engaging multiple Subject Matter Experts
