Job Summary
Provide guests with exceptional customer service at the Information Center; perform desk duties such as lost and found, phone services, and answering questions; assist with room reservations, key check-out, and approval of banners/flyers on the Mezzanine level; greet visitors and guide them to services, BS and CCSC liaison; maintain bulletin boards per policies; act as liaison between students, staff, and AS programs; learn on the job about customer service requirements and AS policies; demonstrate initiative, professionalism under pressure, and the ability to work independently; maintain punctuality and reliability; able to lift 10-15 lbs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a currently enrolled SFSU student with a minimum of 6 units for undergraduates or 4 units for graduates.
