Job Summary

Coordinate WHO Blue Books and Cytopathology projects by facilitating communication between the WCT team, editors, authors, and external counterparts. Check copyrights, liaise with ethics and compliance officers for interest declarations, and assist collaborators in internal and external book projects. Draft communications, edit working documents, organize meetings, and invite experts to ensure timely publication. Provide support for editorial board renewals and collaborate with standing committees. Maintain adherence to established procedures and prepare administrative reports. Requires excellent English, basic copy editing, and Microsoft 365 proficiency. Based in Lyon.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduation from secondary school complemented by (DUT, BTS, or equivalent) in publication, documentation, library techniques, indexing and filing, project/business management or other related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant projects work experience in similar environment
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • An impeccable record for integrity and professional ethical standards
  • Knowledge of declaration of interests policies
  • Knowledge of copyright regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 package
  • Residing in the local commuting area of Lyon

Desired Qualifications

  • A university degree in a relevant field
  • Management training
  • Exposure to a broad range of organizational duties and responsibilities
  • Experience of WHO/IARC procedures
  • Working knowledge of French
