Job Summary
Provide comprehensive administrative and information support to the Assessor Service by undertaking data input, retrieval, and document processing. Produce professional office documents, utilise IT systems to capture accurate data, and handle telephone enquiries regarding valuation for Rating and Council Tax purposes. Manage photocopying, scanning, and related procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail. Work within a team environment with minimum supervision, delivering effective customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

- Ways in which you have demonstrated good communication and effective interpersonal skills
- Ways in which you have used your knowledge, problem solving skills and understanding of office process and systems
- High level of interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience of working with minimum supervision
- Minimum of 4 qualifications at SCQF level 4
- English qualification at SCQF level 4
- Maths qualification at SCQF level 4
- Experience in a similar environment involving filing and scanning
- Understanding of Data Protection / confidentiality
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience of using Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
