Job Summary
Provides end-user support and training for health information technology and electronic health record systems to clinical and ancillary teams, including triaging support requests, troubleshooting, and coordinating resolutions; collaborates with end-users and IT staff, acts as liaison with vendors, identifies new processes and system enhancements, and ensures patient confidentiality in HIPAA-compliant environments; prior experience with outpatient clinics and eClinicalWorks preferred.
Required Qualifications
