Job Summary
Provide training and support for clinicians on clinical information systems and EHRs. Act as a liaison between healthcare staff and IT to deliver technical solutions. Develop and implement user-centric solutions to enhance clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes. Requires strong technical, analysis, problem-solving, documentation, training, and communication skills, with a focus on EHR/EMR systems knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
- Clinical licensure recognized to qualify for position: OT, PT, RDN, RN, or RT
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare business process/operational knowledge/acumen or equivalent
- Experience and/or strong understanding of working in a clinical setting, particularly in acute care
- Strong technical skills with the ability to adapt to emerging technologies
- Exceptional analysis, problem-solving, documentation, and training skills
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency with remote work tools and project management
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and the ability to influence at the provider level
