Job Summary
Train and support clinicians in inpatient settings on clinical information systems and EHRs, acting as a liaison between healthcare staff and IT to deliver technical solutions. Develop, implement, and advise user-centric solutions based on business and clinical needs while promoting patient-centric innovations to improve outcomes and enhance workflows. Take call as third-tier support for clinical workflows once every quarter. This primarily onsite role with remote work opportunities is located in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field and possess clinical licensure as an OT, PT, RDN, RN, or RT. Minimum three years of healthcare business process knowledge and acute care experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
- Clinical licensure recognized to qualify for position: OT, PT, RDN, RN, or RT
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare business process/operational knowledge/acumen or equivalent
- Experience and/or strong understanding of working in a clinical setting, particularly in acute care
- Strong technical skills with the ability to adapt to emerging technologies
- Exceptional analysis, problem-solving, documentation, and training skills
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency with remote work tools and project management
- Ability to coordinate methods for optimal results and manage multiple tasks/projects
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and the ability to influence at the provider level
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Willingness to locate to the Roaring Fork Valley
