Job Summary
Informatica Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales) in Seoul, part of Salesforce's technical sales team, will engage with customers and partners to design complex technical solutions on top of Informatica Data Management Cloud, deliver technical workshops, lead RFP responses and POCs, craft strategic technical account plans, and demonstrate Informatica capabilities to senior customer personas. The role requires advanced cloud tech knowledge (certifications in at least one cloud ecosystem and data-related cloud tech), strong storytelling and presentation skills, the ability to educate stakeholders, and the ability to develop and share best practices and enablement content. BA/BS or equivalent is preferred; 8+ years in data management/MDM/DG and 10+ years in presales/technical sales or consulting are expected. Bilingual capability in Korean and English or Japanese is required. The role emphasizes independent customer engagements, demos at events, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and successful cloud deployments.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred
- 8+ years of relevant experience in data management, MDM, or DG
- 10 years of prior presales/technical sales or consulting experience
