Job Summary
Lead ERP project implementations as a senior team member or team lead, driving full life cycle Infor CloudSuite or equivalent projects including HR WFM, HCM LN, and M3. Define systems strategy, gather and document business requirements, and conduct fit-gap analysis while leading as-is and to-be business process designs. Execute conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and client user training. Manage work streams or small teams to ensure successful delivery of Infor ERP projects (v10 or later). Infor certification is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading work streams or small teams
- ERP Project Implementations as a senior team member or team lead
- Experience implementing full life cycle Infor CloudSuite or equivalent ERP implementation
- Experience in the full life cycle implementation of at and Infor ERP projects (v10 or later)
- Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training
- Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation
