Oversee multiple related Infor ERP projects, including FSM, HCM, WFM, and XM systems, while managing interdependencies and prioritizing initiatives. Establish governance frameworks, steering committee processes, and compliance with industry standards. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor negotiations. Mentor and lead multi-disciplinary teams across IT, Finance, and HR to foster collaboration. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring smooth adoption of new systems.
